We are looking for an Agile Coach to further the use of Agile practices and values. Ideal Coach will be a strong practitioner with skills to educate and help mature Agile teams. The coach will also work with senior leadership to increase team effectiveness and implement Agile principles. Coach should have an extensive track record of introducing best practices, overcoming challenges and ensuring that the team has all necessary skills to make them successful.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Train and Coach Agile teams on Agile practices, techniques, and semantics ensuring that all team-related ceremonies take place and those who attend understand their purposes while teaching all to keep within the time-boxes.
• Provide support for the development of a sustainable Enterprise Agile Framework.
• Identify and coach internal Agile champions, to remove reliance on external mentors.
• Ensure Agile metrics are being tracked, monitor them for indications of potential problems, and assist teams to implement solutions to those problems.
• Assist in resolving organizational impediments that prevent Agile teams from completing sprint commitments.
• Assist in Agile Iteration and Release Planning
• Provide guidance on creating Agile artifacts
• Facilitate team breakout sessions with an eye on process and related best practices
• Spend time with the team / team leadership to understand their needs, problems, and wants to devise a strategy to help transform the team to Agile or enhance the team’s performance
• Train the team on Agile concepts
• Help the team set up tooling to track their work
• Support the team as they go through their Agile transformation
• Mentor and coach the team in developing their understanding and capability in Agile
• Train Scrum Masters and Product owners across multiple Scrum Teams
• Help develop stewardship metrics to make value deliver visible to management and business stakeholders

Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
• Experience executing Agile projects in large, complex environments
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices
• World-class facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to take a pragmatic approach in coaching the teams with the ability to adapt based on the agile `readiness` of the team they are working with.
• Strong Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Team Oriented Personality & Positive Attitude
• Effective End User Communication (written & verbal)
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills.

• Experience working with large teams

• 3+ years of Agile coaching experience with teams that are new to Agile practices
• 3+ years of experience participating on an Agile Team
• Knowledge of and Experience utilizing Agile within a project
• Knowledge of how to plan and estimate an Agile project
• Knowledge of Agile Project Controls
• Knowledge of and Experience in General Agile Implementation
• User Stories and Requirements Gathering
• Knowledge of and experience of estimation and prioritization techniques
• Experience with Team Kick-Off and training
• Knowledge of and Experience with Scrum
• Knowledge of and Experience with Kanban
• Knowledge and experience with Agile Technical Software Best Practices

Preferred Skills/Experience:
• 10+ years in Project Delivery roles (using Agile and Traditional methods)
• 5+ Years Agile Team Coaching Experience
• 5+ years delivering Agile projects utilizing a variety of methods including Scrum, XP, and Kanban using collocated and offshore distributed delivery models
• Financial Services background
• Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified SAFe Agilist) or equivalent
• Proficiency with multiple Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. JIRA, Rally, Version1, Team Foundation Server)
• Some background as a developer, tester, business analyst
• Experience developing training materials and conducting training
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting Processes
• Knowledge of and experience with SAP

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• Agile certifications
