AutoSys Developer/Administrator

Description

Consumer Operations Forecasting & Performance Reporting (COFPR) produces regularly scheduled reporting using SAS and SQL code in support of Consumer Lending Delinquency, Charge-Off, Collections, Recovery, Bankruptcy and Repossession functions at the bank. You will play a key role in supporting these functions through reporting delivery automation using AutoSys, a multi-platform automated job management system which provides scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of scheduled jobs. The team’s existing reporting inventory is managed using Windows Scheduler and has been targeted for conversion to AutoSys. The incumbent will coordinate with the COFPR team and our IT counterparts to plan and execute a smooth transition to the AutoSys scheduling technology.

Responsibilities include:
• Work with COFPR and IT Counterparts to establish AutoSys scheduling capabilities for the team
• Analyzing existing programs and building scheduling jobs in the AutoSys environment
• Assisting and coaching team members in the optimum usage of AutoSys technology
• Design, develop, modify, support, debug and evaluate scheduling performance using AutoSys
• Lead efforts to deploy AutoSys elsewhere in the Consumer Specialty Operations organization
• Coordinating project planning and completion activities, and providing status updates.
• Designing and building automation solutions using SAS and SQL programming code.
• Gathering and documenting coding requirements.

Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
• 3+ years of work experience working with AutoSys scheduling software.
• 5+ years advanced data analysis and coding experience in Financial Services using industry software.
• Project management and business analyst experience
• Ability to easily pivot, manage multiple priorities, and function efficiently in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Ability to facilitate business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Ability to support others through cross-training and peer-coaching.
• Positive customer service orientation and delivery.
• Solid written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience
• Proven skills in an administrative or development role using job scheduling software.
• Advanced experience with MS Access and Excel, particularly macros and visual basic code a plus.
• Experience with analytical tools such as SAS EG, SQL Developer, Tableau very helpful
• Solid proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related technical field required.
• SAS programming certifications a plus.
